Returns & refunds

We honour the EU 14‑day withdrawal right for unopened, sealed goods. For health and hygiene reasons, opened/unsealed items are not returnable. Faulty or non‑conforming goods are always covered. See our Cancellation & Returns Policy (EU) for full details.

If you withdraw within 14 days and return eligible unopened goods, we’ll refund you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of your notice, and we may wait until goods are received or you provide proof of return.
